Marriage and Family Therapists (MFTs) help individuals, couples, families and children explore and resolve their problems in a supportive environment. Marriage and Family Therapists are relationship specialists. They are trained to assess, diagnose and treat a wide range of issues, including depression, anxiety, trauma, life adjustment problems, personality disorders and more. MFT's perform a wide range of services including: individual counseling, marital and couple therapy, group therapy, life coaching, critical incident debriefing, consultation to business and public speaking and trauma healing.
