As a Christian and a Marriage and Family Therapist, I believe that connectedness in all of one’s relationships is vital to healing and continued growth in every area of one’s life.  I am privileged to be able to work with clients collaboratively in deepening their relationships with themselves, with others and with God. 

I especially have a heart for working with premarital couples as I view premarital counseling as a preventative that works toward helping couples develop intimacy and communication skills from the beginning of their relationships that will carry through into the rest of their married lives. 

I also work with married couples and individual adults, having experience working with depression, anxiety, parenting issues, family communication and personal and spiritual growth.
